I'm Atakan Yavuzarslan, a Türkiye-based Web3 business development and partnerships operator. I work on BD and GTM at GoPlus Security and AgentGuard, and prototype products across crypto and AI. Product first; sales second.
Day to day I grow security API partnerships across 30+ networks, helping take daily API calls from 3K to 30M. I ship GTM for AgentGuard and run Pharus as a research and education side project. I tinker with AI in my workflow, trade when markets get interesting, and generate more ideas than I finish. Istanbul.
I also study DeFi from the mechanics up: lending, DEXs, RWA, confidential DeFi, staking, and onchain market structure. Through Pharus and community sessions, I teach people in Türkiye how these systems work, where the yield comes from, and what risks sit underneath it.
